- Nordlands County, Norway - classical ensemble with 9 musicians and 5 staff. 20 annual productions with 100-125 concerts around the County.

Athelas Sinfonietta Copenhagen Artistic and Managing Director (January-december 2013)
Athelas is Denmark’s foremost contemporary music ensemble. Concert series, participation in operas and festivals, international tours, numerous CD recordings and imaginative concert programming has made Athelas a remarkable institution. The ensemble is supported by the Danish Arts Council.

Concerto Copenhagen, General Manager (2003-2008) of Scandinavia’s leading period instrument ensemble. 40-50 annual performances, with 10-15 radio broadcasts, mostly in Europe, but also in Japan and the United States. Performances include Library of Congress Hall, Washington – Musikverein, Wien – Concertgebouw, Amsterdam – BBC Proms at Royal Albert Hall, London. Collaboration with artists such as Anne Sofie von Otter, Andreas Scholl, Dame Emma Kirkby, Andrew Lawrence-King and Ronald Brautigam. Critically acclaimed CD-releases with DG/Archiv, BIS, Cpo, Dacapo and DVD-releases with Harmonia Mundi France and Decca.
Management with five permanent employees plus several paid or volunteer staff and collaborators.
The ensemble is supported by the Danish Arts Council.

Esbjerg International Chamber Music Festival, Denmark (1999-2003)
Co-founder and Administrator. 8-12 annual chamber music concerts with national and European radio broadcasts including opera, dance and theatre at West Jutland Music Academy and Esbjerg Performing Arts Center employing 30- 40 professional chamber musicians and international soloists.

Hindsgavl Castle Summer Festival, Denmark (1992-1997)
Founder, Artistic Director and participating as violinist/violist in 20-30 annual chamber performances.

Jacob Gade Strings of Denmark (1993-1995)
Co-founder, administrator and participating violist. 15-25 annual concerts in Italy and Denmark.

Copenhagen Youth Strings (KYS) (1990-1993)
Co-Founder, board-member & principal violist – responsible for concert planning and touring.
