General management, including personnel management – general strategy development and its implementation – recruiting employees, hiring musicians and guest artists – negotiating artist fees and preparing contracts – concert sales & tour planning – private & public fundraising – audience development through customer relationship management – public relations and press contact – leading, convening and taking minutes at board, committee and staff meetings – follow up on production goals in the annual report with a summary on all activities and figures.
